Visit the Commission page to see my current pricing and availability. When commissions are open, you can submit a request through the form. I'll review your request and get back to you with details and timeline.
Commission turnaround time depends on the complexity of the piece and my current queue. Simple pieces may take 1-2 weeks, while complex illustrations can take 4-6 weeks. I'll provide an estimated timeline when accepting your commission.
Refunds are available before work begins on your commission. Once I've started on your piece, partial refunds may be available depending on how much progress has been made. Please see the Terms for full details.

If you commissioned the artwork, you may use it as your personal profile picture with credit. My personal artwork and stream assets are not available for public use. When in doubt, please ask!

When commissioning artwork:

Revisions: Minor revisions are included. Major changes may incur additional fees.
Refunds: Full refunds are available before work begins. Partial refunds may be available for work in progress.
Timeline: Estimated completion times are provided but are not guaranteed. Complex pieces may take longer.
Artist Rights: We reserve the right to display commissioned work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use our website for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Harass, abuse, or harm others through our platform
Submit false or misleading information
Use commissioned artwork for purposes not agreed upon

Content Guidelines

We reserve the right to decline any commission request. We do not create content that:

Depicts illegal activities
Contains hateful or discriminatory content
Infringes on others' intellectual property
Falls outside our artistic comfort zone

Limitation of Liability

Aethelm Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
